Beyond pharmacotherapeutic and psychosocial interventions for substance use disorders, a comprehensive substance abuse treatment involves child care services, vocational services, mental health services, medical services, educational services, AIDS/HIV services, legal services, financial services, housing/transportation services, and family services. It is obvious that no single entity would have these services within its organization. In view of this, GISA provide referral services to other sectors as continuum of care or collaboration
